NEW APARTMENT T1+1 DUPLEX WITH TERRACE IN BONFIM, PORTO EM PORTUGAL

- This project was born in 2017, this 19th century early 20th century building, now revitalized and modernized to the present time, creates a contrast between the past and the present. From the materials kept and preserved to the interior architectural modernization and its new planning, thus achieving a revival of these two generations present in this historic building. - The intervention strategy included the rehabilitation of the entire existing building envelope, recovering the original 1908 façade design. - The entire building is born as a new construction within the pre-existence, ensuring the criteria of habitability and safety required today, keeping the memory of the spatial organization of the 19th century. - In the Barros Lima development, 5 fractions are available, divided into different types, always maintaining the quality and technical rigor of construction. - The apartments that are part of the development have the possibility of accessing a covered and closed collection park for vehicles, located in front of the development.
