Main responsibilities: - Handle all telephone calls in line with service standards and procedures; - Assist customers with specialist support and after sales service such as booking changes, purchasing additional services, and special requests; - Provide relevant information to customers in order to improve customer service and loyalty; - Assist customers with their online bookings and other web enquiries; - Inform customers about web features and content; - Assist with internal support and training of new staff when required; - Participate in specific operational projects where required.
