Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Porto. They are looking for someone to report to the CEO and will be able to work independently, accomplishing the company’s needs and deadlines. Responsibilities: - Project planning and management – budget, resources, deadlines, etc. - Analysis and suggestion of improvements in process and procedures in all the different stages of the processes - Be sure that all the team members are aware of the main duties/ tasks in each project and the goals are achieved - Facilitate, organize and coordinate project meetings, agile sprint planning and retrospective sessions - Provide reporting of project status, project schedule, issues and risks towards senior management Requirements: - Degree in IT, Management, Economics, Marketing or any relevant subject - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position - Strong knowledge of Agile or Waterfall - Advanced level of Excel - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (task management tools, resource allocation tools) - Project Management tools: preferably Asana or Monday or any similar one - Portuguese language with fluency in English - Ability to meet strict deadlines - Ability to work proactively and bring your initiatives - Hybrid work
