At this moment we would like to open a new pilot project in Portugal for one of our customers which would involve the communication and training to veterinarians about the products of our customer. It will be a pilot project for two months to test the results of our methodology with high chances to open the project for the rest of the year. The idea is to provide the right training to the candidate (graduate in Veterinary, Biology, Chemistry... with Portuges language native) to be able to use our tools and perform this 1:1 technical sessions with our customers. Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support). Produce fully functional mobile applications written with clean code. Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions. Design interfaces to improve user experience. Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance. Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.   YOUR PROFILE You have an educational background (Bachelor) in Computer Engineering/Sciences. A complementary training in iOS app development is a strong must. +3 years of developing native mobile applications for iOS with Swift and Objective-C including: Developing reusable components via custom views, frameworks, or cocoapods. Communication with JSON services (API). Automated UI and Unit Testing. Performance profiling for proper use of disk space, memory and battery life with XCode and Instruments. Solid foundations with GCD for asynchronous and parallel programming. Good knowledge in sockets and TCP/IP protocols is a plus. Fluent in spoken and written English, French is a plus. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment. In this role, your mission is: Deal with requests and inquiries from students from all over the world that are going to study in another country and supporting them in finding their new home; Support students through their Booking experience, by helping and inspiring them to find in Uniplaces the perfect place for them on our site; Be part of a commercial and service-oriented team, both responding to inbound calls and performing outbound - check details for students and check availability with landlords; Liaise with other teams to come up with solutions, identify and escalate priority issues, in order to avoid customer and operational impact; Find properties for students who had their original booking canceled; Be supportive and helpful to students around the world, prepare them for the best time of their life.
