This is the very cool Tim Armstrong Signature model Gretsch G5191BK from the Electromatic series. This is a very unique Gretsch and is based on the very guitar that Mr. Tim Armstong has recorded with and played on stage for many years. This model and the Billy Duffy Falcon are currently the only modern recreations from the "Baldwin Era" offered by Gretsch. This is one guitar we can unapologetically say is even better than the original! The guitar is a full hollow body arch top with a floating bridge design and parallel bar bracing with a sound post. The sound post adds stability to the structure and increases sustain while allowing the guitar to retain the essential hollow body sound. The neck angle is just right allowing the guitar to be set up with perfect action all along its 22 frets. The playability of the G5191BK is great with nice low action and excellent fretwork. The neck is a "C" style shape with a low profile but not too thin. The new "Black Top" FilterTron pickups are excellent with full bodied tone and a warm vintage character. The bridge pickup is bright and just a bit "twangy" with a well defined mid range and responds very well some overdrive. The neck pickup is mellow and springy with a more "scooped" tonal character and sounds great when played clean.

Pedal Boss OD-3 Overdrive Guitar EffectThe OD-3 has a soft, rather central basic sound, which can be varied well with the tone control. Thus it is ideal to drive big "evil" amp towers and to elicit even more sustain, distortion, but also warmth. Even used with small amps, it provides excellent services. Many guitarists use the OD-3 with little distortion, but higher volume as a booster, thus bringing hot lead sounds to their tube amps faster. The 12 speaker certainly has a role in it too. Overdriven sound is OK and mostly affects the low and mid-low frequencies, not so much on trebles. I use it as a mid boost essentially on song choruses that need slightly more punch. Spring reverb is efficient with a rather trebly tone 3-band EQ Chorus effect is efficient and musical-sounding, but no settings are included its either ON of OFF ! Additional output: reverb + chorus. I guess you can get this out to an external mixer for separate EQ/mixing from the preamp out (havent tried it though). Note: with a homemade controller (on off switches), the reverb, chorus and overdrive can be foot-controlled.

Vendo esta mesa vintage Studiomaster, rara, de construção inglesa de inicio dos anos 80. Tem uns eqs e prés fantásticos, capazes de transformar qualquer mistura ou instrumentos (guitarra, baixo, bateria, drum machines, sintetizadores, samplers, etc) em fontes de som cheias de cor e carácter. Direct outs (pré eq) em todos os 16 canais. Tem algumas pequenas marcas, nas partes laterais, frontal e traseira, de tinta que saiu (posso enviar fotos com mais detalhe). É uma mesa old school, toda em metal, robusta e sólida como já não se fazem, pesa cerca de 20 kg. A case (feita á medida para este modelo) pesa 15 kg. Está a funcionar bem, sem ruídos.
