HLD, LLD and A to Z implementation. - Advanced skills on WLAN/ LAN troubleshooting. - Providing 2nd / 3rd line support for PDSM incidents (automated alerts, self-service, phone, email, chat) - Implement standard PDSM requests and Changes - Conduct wireless survey where required. - Manage full transition from a Legacy Cisco environment towards Extreme covering all project aspects (Vlan configuration, DHCP, scanner reconfiguration, …). - Assist countries to Manage and optimize the IP landscape allocated to the country. - Assist countries to Manages Re-IP of a VLAN/facility. - Writing reports and proposals The ideal candidate for this job will have key skills and strong experience in some or all the following areas: - Master in IT or equivalent - CISCO ICND certification - CISCO CCNA R&S certification - CISCO CCNP - Fluent English both written and verbal - Ability to provide feedback, manage tasks and work with goals. - Team player with a can-do attitude. - Ability to work in 24/7 regime - Flexible - Customer focused with excellent communication skills. - Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines. - Task orientated with good time management. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
