Immersed in the heart of our activity for our international clients, publishing houses in the field of entertainment, and to face new challenges of expansion, digital transformation and development of new innovative business models, your mission as a Digital Marketing Specialist will consist in driving the cross-channel marketing strategy of a portfolio of clients. Your mission will revolve around the following axes: Mission 1 - Brand strategy Preparation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring the performances of web loyalty campaigns for different brands according to the established strategy and the schedule defined in collaboration with the agency's clients; Targeting, programming, and monitoring of emailing deliverability and performance (and cross-channel extensions); Coordination of various professions: copywriting, DTP, translation, publication, IT, etc... Mission 2 - Marketing strategy Continuous improvement of performances through comparative testing processes by your own initiative or on behalf of the Marketing team; Reporting to the brand referent and to the Marketing Department (KPIs, deliverability, ROI, activity report); Conducting cross-functional marketing projects for different brands and contributing to the optimization of the acquisition and loyalty strategy. Beyond the technical expertise, you especially have DESIRE! Desire to discover, innovate, succeed, contribute to the success of the agency by bringing your energy and enthusiasm. Must have: You have a strong digital culture; You have a university or college education in digital marketing, preferably with a master /MBA; You are fluent in English and Portuguese; You have B to C marketing experience; You understand and take ownership of business issues very quickly; You are agile, autonomous and results oriented; You are comfortable with understanding and processing data through Excel (Pivot Tables) Power BI – Google Analytics; You master email marketing tool like Adobe Campaign - Actito – Salesforce - and are comfortable with building elaborate campaign workflows; You have already worked with and are comfortable with testing tool like Adobe Target – AB Tasty – Convertize or Google Optimize; You have worked on current CMS like Wordpress or Drupal You are synthetical and know how to put forward the essential information for decision making. Nice to have: Knowledge of acquisition techniques (Affiliation - SEA); You are comfortable with direct marketing techniques; You have a good understanding of French - major plus for your application. Our goal: performance! Mission: Your mission, if you accept it, will be to publish various types of digital content for our clients (emailing campaigns, recruitment campaigns, free content, etc.) while ensuring the quality of the output. You will be expected to respect deadlines, be responsive and ensure the quality of the content in its entirety.  Concretely, this means:  entering the content provided in the various platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Adobe, Mautic, etc.) respecting the client's brief and bringing your expert eye to the visual rendering test before putting into production or delivery ensure the quality of the work provided to the client respect the deadlines Your profile: a university education 2 years of experience in content management on the Internet (sites, blogs, acquisition emails, loyalty emails: all this has no secrets for you!) a good command of web technologies in general you are an expert in content management systems a good knowledge of the technical environment of content integration (websites, social networks, mobile platforms: it's all seen and known for you!) you must be rigorous (but not too serious), have great organizational skills (and not only for afterworks!), be reactive, have great autonomy, and have a strong capacity to adapt you know how to manage priorities and like to work in a team (unity creates strength!) ability to interact with various teams (and you like that!) knowledge of Drupal, WordPress (nice to have) knowledge of HTML, CSS (it gets tougher...) Smartfocus and Adobe/Neolane, do you know them? That's a real plus!... also if you have notions of webdesign and responsive design of course, you are perfectly at ease in English (of course, we speak digital) if you speak Portuguese, that's the icing on the cake!
