The Ellis Ericsson Tracker is a Vee Bottom in the pure Australian tradition of the late sixties. The Tracker is perfect for surfing medium to hollow beach breaks or long, powerful reefs. Trackers are the evolution of Vee Bottom to the 'modern' single fin of the 70's. They were born when surfers began to want to tour more and especially to travel. Their shape is ideal for travel as they can be surfed in small surf as well as in powerful and big surf. The Tracker Ellis Ericsson has a slight rolled bottom followed by a flat and vee at the tail accompanied by 50/50 round to down rails at the tail and a deep flex fin. Trackers are smoooth! for long bottom turns and high trajectories but also precise and fast for a surf closer to the curl and in the barrel.
