Job requirements Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our product team. The Integration Manager will be responsible for managing the integration of third-party applications with our platform, as well as managing projects where we integrate with other partners. They will work closely with technical teams, business partners, and customers to ensure seamless integration of our solutions. The ideal candidate should be communicative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end integration process for third-party systems and applications, from initial scoping to final delivery Manage projects where we integrate with other partners, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery Work closely with technical teams, business partners, and customers to understand integration requirements and identify technical solutions Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business partners, and customers throughout the integration process Manage risks and issues related to integrations and escalate as needed Ensure that integrations are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality Monitor and report on the performance of integrations post-delivery Continuously improve integration processes and tools to drive efficiency and quality Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience working in a technology-related field, with a focus on project management or business analysis Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business partners, and customers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Does it sound like the job for you?
