We are actively looking for a creative and highly driven Marketing Director to build and develop our fast-growing business and maximise profitability. What you'll be doing: Manage the annual marketing budget; Developing and driving the marketing priorities, strategies, goals, objectives and tactics for each region to reach sales goals and KPIs; Understanding our customer dynamics across segments, including grocery, oil & gas, convenience, FMCG, delivery services, etc; Identifying the right mix of marketing channels, activities and programmes to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly pipeline goals; Work collaboratively with sales to develop account-based marketing and product positioning strategies; Leading the execution of local marketing activity from digital to events and through direct and indirect channels; Forecasting, measuring and analysing the impact of the plan and campaigns on sales cycles; Optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition cost and increase ROI; Collaborate with the Product team to create and execute each product go-to-market presentations, business plan and strategy; Build our content strategy to tell our story in the most compelling way across our digital and physical presence and type/tone of our client outreach. About you: Fluent in business English, both written and verbally. French, Spanish, Portuguese or German language skills are a strong plus; Demonstrated experience driving growth;  Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of taking on ambitious challenges; Experience in planning, executing and optimising B2B demand generation and enterprise marketing programs; Strong at business partnering. You identify, evaluate and onboard new partners. Ideally, these would provide incremental opportunities to our product portfolio and/or be structured to improve our bottom line; Ability to balance managing the big picture along with tactical, detailed execution; Strategic problem solver with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing; Experience in Tech, SAAS and retail is a plus; Open to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 1 year.
