SAP Administrator Role Location: Lisbon, Portugal Working Hours: 08:00am – 17:00pm Reporting to: Operations Director based in Czech Republic Key Responsibilities: The key role of the SAP Administrator is: 1) Raising a job in SAP to enable ASL systems to pay suppliers and raise invoices 2) Keeping an up to date record so ASL can reconcile orders for month end The role is key in processing orders into the local SAP system and enabling the account to report and invoice transactions. As such the role is a pivotal role to the functioning of the account. To update SAP numbers into the ASL Production System where they are missing Work with an International account management team to process orders into local SAP system Ensure the SAP tracker is completed at the end of each business day Provide end of week summary to management of activity Key Skills: Knowledge of SAP process MS Office – proficient Technology compliant English language – business proficient Ability to work with a fast paced account
