We position ourselves as a prescriber of activities and services in tourist towns and regions through AI driven travel recommendations for B2B2C and B2C. b'/xc2/xa0' Project Context: Project Stage: A first B2B2C web app platform (Alpha 2.0 version) targeted for hotels has been launched in January 2024 with one hotel chain. In a second step, the B2C AI driven travel reservation platform technical specifications has been completed in January 2024. This role will require a creative and strategic thinker who can identify unique and authentic experiences, establish partnerships with suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the highest quality offerings for our customers. b'/xc2/xa0' Responsibilities: Product Management: Create, update, and maintain a diverse and captivating catalog of experiences for the Portugal destination. Continuously enhance and refine products within the catalog to meet evolving customer preferences. Supplier Relations: Source new suppliers, discuss itineraries, and create special activities, consistently refreshing the catalog with innovative services and experiences. Negotiate new agreements and competitive rates with suppliers to ensure a wide array of high-quality offerings. Operations and Performance: Collect rates for upcoming seasons and update the system. Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to build and strengthen relationships. Maximize the utilization of the most in-demand products and services. Local Call Center / Booking Management Quality Assurance: Arrange hotel visits and conduct service quality checks during site inspections. Monitor supplier performance, generate reports, and control costs and gross margins. Yield Management: Implement a variable pricing strategy based on understanding, anticipating, and influencing consumer behavior to maximize revenue and profits. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Senior Team to monitor supplier usage and gather feedback. Address negative feedback by following up with suppliers to identify areas of improvement. Work closely with the Marketing Team to highlight destinations and services on social media platforms. Complete the projects objectives within timelines. • Interpret, review and implement IP and Transmission networks designs and MOPs (Method of Procedure) from the core network planning team. • Perform most effective approach to restore, recover, or alter configurations, logical or physical, to maintain service integrity. • Support all aspects of the network management process assuring requests, implementation, and problems are delivered as required with no impact to the global communications. • Deploy and document changes in accordance with problem and change management process. • Ensure that Main One’s global fibre network documentation is always accurate and up to date, including network configurations, rack layout, floor plan and spares list. • Work with GNOC in troubleshooting and resolution of network related problems, within the timeframe of severity level agreements. • Work with partners of MainOne and OEMs in implementation for technical and administrative matters. Skills and Competencies: • At least 3 years work experience in the configuration, operations and maintenance of optical fibre, Transmission and IP Networks. • Good knowledge of Optical Transmission Networks technologies – SDH, DWDM and Ethernet. • Good knowledge of optical fibre characteristics and standards. • Basic knowledge of Networking technologies - TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, Proxy etc. • Knowledge of a Network Management System. • Ability to use Test equipment (eg BERT, OSA, OTDR, OPM, etc.) without supervision. • Ability to interpret topography, network design maps and AutoCAD Designs. • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook. • Capable of multi-tasking, manage time and prioritize workload. • Resilience, Adaptability, Reliability and Confidence. • Teamwork abilities. • Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory). • Good reading, listening, communicating and documenting skills. The Requirements: - A graduated lawyer* with at least three years’ worth of hands-on experience in investment services, financial institutions and/or capital markets and a keen interest in following the latest developments across such industries, particularly the crypto-asset industry; - Preference will be given to those candidates who also have additional experience or working knowledge in data protection and intellectual property law. - A strong grasp of company law, contract law, European Union law and financial services legislation; - Strong client relationship management skills, able to communicate effectively through various channels; - A personality driven by excellence with a high-standard service mentality when dealing with clients and thirdparties; - An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remaining composed under pressure; and - Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written is a must.
