Principais Atividades que vai desenvolver: Preparar o hardware, instalar o software (sistemas operativos, SIGA, etc.), configurar o equipamento e proceder aos testes necessários; Instalar hardware diverso nos clientes, de acordo com requisitos do fabricante e efetuar os respetivos testes de ensaio; Instalar e configurar a base dados Oracle através de suporte magnético/Internet; Instalar e configurar equipamentos de controlo de ponto de acordo com indicações do suporte e desenvolvimento (nos casos aplicáveis); Resolver problemas decorrentes da instalação de relógios de ponto; Instalar e manter as estruturas de rede dos clientes (routers, servidores com DHCP…); Prestar suporte telefónico ou por acesso remoto aos clientes; Deslocar-se ao cliente para prestação de serviços de suporte a toda a infraestrutura informática (sistemas operativos, redes, bases dados, hardware, relógios de ponto); Prestar serviços de manutenção interna do sistema informático (instalação de programas, configuração de impressoras, …); Registar não conformidades, sugerir e implementar ações corretivas/preventivas; Exercer outras tarefas similares não mencionadas, propondo alterações no manual de procedimentos.   Requisitos: Experiência na área Carta de condução (categoria B) Domínio das ferramentas Tecnológicas (II): Sistemas operativos Windows e Linux Tecnologias de redes Bases de dados Oracle Software Exchange Server, DNS e DHCP   Instrução ou Escolaridade: 12º ano de escolaridade ou equivalente   Saberes (Conhecimentos Gerais e Específicos): Informática na ótica do utilizador (MS Office); Língua Portuguesa e Inglesa; Planeamento e organização do trabalho; Comunicação e relações interpessoais; Sistemas Operativos;   Vencimento: 900 € (brutos) + Subsídio de refeição Temos cantina para os trabalhadores e não pagam qualquer valor para usufruir do almoço.

Our client is looking for a Network Administrator to join their offices in Oeiras, Portugal. You will work as a member of the IT Team, reporting to the Network & Workspace Team Leader. Responsibilities: - Installs and configures networks and systems and VPN - Identifies and solves any problems that arise with networks and systems - Consults with CTO to specify system requirements and design solutions - Prepares budgets for equipment and assembly costs - Assembles new systems - Maintains existing software and hardware and upgrades any that have become obsolete - Monitors networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved - Provides network administration and support - Fully supports, configures, maintains and upgrades corporate customer’s networks and in house servers - Installs and integrates new server hardware and applications - Keeps an eye out for needed updates - Support and administers third-party applications - Ensures network security and connectivity - Monitors network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses - Sets up user accounts, permissions and passwords - Resolves problems reported by end user - Defines network policies and procedures - Specifies system requirements and design solutions - Researches and make recommendations on server system administration - Writes scripts to automated recurring task - Maintains system integrity Requirements: - Good command of English - Proven experience in a network administrator role (min. 3 years) - Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching - Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure - Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired - Ability to set up and configure server hardware - Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies - Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
