About the job role: As a customer care specialist for a new generation of car rental across Europe: Belgium, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom. You will make a difference in the business of our clients and the life of their customers. Your project belongs to a multinational company provider of renting cars. You will be the first point of contact for customers and a dedicated brand ambassador. The right person for this role is a passionate game-changer at addressing customers’ needs, aiming to provide excellent service. As a Customer Care Specialist with French, you will:  •Engage with customers to help and offer solutions by inbound calls and chat •Handle outbound tasks such as last-minute car swaps, upgrades/downgrades, fleet modifications, accidents follow-ups •Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems •Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction We are looking for: •Native or proficient French (C2) •Fluency English (B2) •Previous customer-oriented environment experience is a plus •Excellent verbal and writing skills •Multitask, rigorous, autonomous, and resourceful •Analytical and positive mindset and a “sixth” sense for problems •For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit. About the job role As a Virtual Sales Specialist, you will build loyalty between Cisco and their Partners and focus on enablement to increase the partner’s Cisco revenue. Responsibilities and tasks •Establishing a close relationship with Cisco Partners by becoming a trusted advisor; •Becoming a specialist of Cisco’s Partner tools, promotions, and programs; •Forecast Partner’s activities; •Responsible for business planning; •Increasing Partners’ revenue; − Providing training to Partners; •Maintaining a close relationship with local stakeholders and Cisco distributors.
