An Italian restaurant - awarded 3 ???? on Gambero Rosso earlier this year - is expanding their current team and is looking for 2 more waiters/waitresses (full-time) to start asap/in January (3 paid shifts of probation). The restaurant has 38 seats. Waiters are offered an initial 3 months contract (40h per week - 800/900€ net, subsidies are covered already, which means the salary is paid in 12 months) which will then change to a 6 months or 1 year contract with a lift up in the salary as well (1200/1300€ net monthly). Holidays (2days x month) are paid separately. Meal allowance is not provided as you'll get to eat with the team in the restaurant after your shift. For a new opening in April, we are also looking for: 1 Manager 1 Sommelier 2 Sous-chefs 2 Assistant Cook (ideally Bakers) 3 Waiters/Waitresses 1 Cashier All roles require fluency in both Portuguese and English.

Understand seasonal trends and work within them to ensure maximum occupancy; Daily reports on your activity and be accountable for your contribution to the team’s effort.
